PRSA’s Professional-Amateur Day, Friday, October 19, 2018 and is your chance to shadow a PRSA Dallas public relations professional for the morning. Corporate, non-profit and agencies will all be represented and each student will be assigned a professional mentor. Students will shadow their mentor from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., then attend the Pro-Am Day luncheon.
Dean of the Meadows School of the Arts, Sam Holland this month, started “Talk with the Dean” hours for students that would like to meet and talk with him. No appointments are necessary and it is first come, first served. The dean will be available 2-3p each scheduled day. He will alternate between Room 287/Umphrey Lee Center (East entry Journalism, first hallway left and first room on the left) and Taubman Atrium/OAC.
