Because we are all seasoned-students at this point, we know a thing or two about stress. Stress is a part of life, but learning to deal with and manage that stress is what’s important. When we learn to cope, we will reduce our overall stress levels and its negative effects on our physical and mental health. There are several ways to reduce stress, but today, we’re going to focus on one that has lots of scientific and evidential backing – exercise! Last Minute Halloween Costumes

Uh oh…it’s October 29th and you still don’t have a costume for this weekend. But don’t worry! Before you panic, we’ve got some last minute Halloween costume ideas for you. These ideas use items that you probably already have in your closet or items you can find at your local drugstore! Word of advice, if you’re in a crunch for a costume, and are willingly to spend a few bucks, don’t sleep on your nearest CVS or Walgreens. They often have little knick-knacks that can complete your costume. Cat ears, a tail, a witch’s hat, and even wigs are available at these drugstores.
