The opportunity: As I create new products and services, and scale my business, I need a Right Hand / Publicist / Business Manager to collaborate with as a part-time paid partner. You’ll get the opportunity to be part of making a positive difference in the world while growing your own skills and nurturing your passion and inspiration. Don’t worry if you don’t know how or have experience with all the tasks in the job description below. If you’re hungry to learn and love the idea of inspiring people to reach for their potential, then let’s talk! I’m looking for 10-15 hours of your time per week, and we could grow into more work if you want it. Most of the work can be done virtually, or from your own home or office, though for some tasks (like workshop material prep, I’d prefer someone local in Dallas). Compensation includes hourly rate plus any applicable commission. Promote radio and events on social media – Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

Seek radio show guests, correspond, schedule

Search/apply to conferences for Alise to speak

Prepare and send client invoices (Quickbooks)

Maintain Customer Relationship Management system with new contacts

Create compelling newsletters

Design course workbooks

Design PPT presentation decks

Proof articles and books

Manage and queue correspondence to clients and prospects

Track anthology author submissions for book

Prepare workshop materials (badges, handouts)

Search target prospects for programs, speaking, consulting

Seek creative ways to promote Alise’s overall business


Desired Skills (can be developed on the job, if you do not already have them):

MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Publisher

Excellent command of the English language – written and oral (a must)
