With our Account-Based Marketing mindset, the Marketing & Sales Coordinator ensures that the sales and marketing departments work together to target the right accounts, communicate consistent messages, and build profitable revenue. The M&S Coordinator must be organized, flexible, and able to gather consensus from multiple stakeholders. Specific job requirements:

• Execute Account-Based Marketing Strategy
• Master and refine Ideal Client Profiles and Buyer Personas
• Build Sales Cadences in Salesforce
• Create processes for sending virtuals, spec samples, and random samples to clients
• Generate new content for marketing and website purposes
• Analyze insights from marketing efforts and make necessary changes
• Create specific product presentations for target accounts and prospects
• Implement and maintain necessary technology
• Build and implement social media strategy and content
• Write call scripts and email templates for sales cadences
• Attend company marketing events and build
• Actively engage with existing clients and prospects

• Discover technologies to automate marketing efforts
• Speak with existing buyers and prospects to strengthen our value proposition

Experience Requirements:
